The Exponent is the student newspaper on campus at Montana State University since 1895. I started out as a writer in the Opinion section and was quickly promoted to the Editor of the Opinion section. After a full academic year, I became the Lead Designer as well as Multi-Media Manager. Every page that is shown below was designed by me.

the excrement
The Excrement is the edition that comes out on the Thursday closest to April Fool's Day. Everything, except for the advertisements, is completely satire. The staff looks forward to this edition every year and the design team gets in on the fun with Photoshopping, exciting layouts, and ironic drawings.

As the Multi-Media Manager of the Exponent, I designed and posted everything for the Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Each edition consists of a cover post and a couple highlight posts of important and featured stories.
